Duel - Asylum

This is a edited version of yoyoshis original map. The original version was unbalanced for tournament play due to the top rail area only being accessible by one jump pad.

Changes:

1) Added jump pad/pull swing to the back side of the back for more access to the top level.
2) Arrows from the bottom middle of the map were switched with the Rail at the top.
3) Arrows on the side of the map were switched with the Nucleus.
4) The original Rocket is now a Double Rocket.
