Hide & Seek - Aftermath V2

Update:
- added grapples and bumpers to travel faster around the map
- you can't go at the top of most sky-scrappers anymore
- sky-scrappers you can still climb now have bumpers x3 instead of stairs (easy for seekers to check if people hide there)
- some labyrinthic buildings were transformed to be more like ruins and be more open to help seekers more (more open buildings)
- a lot of buildings were closed to put a little less redundant hiding spots
