Elite - CastleCrasher 2k14

Update of the map CastleCrasher, for the new Elite mappack.

Feedbacks are welcome.

UPDATE 01/09 21h00

Small fixes :

- Exploit removed
- Several walljumps locations added
- Pillar added for additional cover

UPDATE 07/09 03h00

- TP added on defender side for quicker access to map center
-WallJumps near pole area
-Stairs near pole removed
-Access to upper area around the pole
-Smaller various changes
