That is a good question to ask, IDK, yet on banner making or any other type of track/map uploaded before the due date, I've always seen it mostly allowed? I would think so, makes sense.

Are the builders allowed to update their maps after having uploaded? Or is the uploaded map the final one? Baring in mind you will need to know of any updates in order to keep the server up-to-date...
